Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do! We use SingPost as our main postal service which delivers to more than 200 countries worldwide. 

How is my order shipped (Local)?

All orders are shipped via SingPost. However, mails will be shipped via normal mail by default to reduce shipping cost. To upgrade to registered mail, kindly add "Registered Mail" to your cart before checking out. 

How is my order shipped (International)?

All orders are shipped via SingPost. Also, all mails are shipped via registered mail which allows you to track it via SingPost and your local post office website under registered mail section.

How do I pay?

We only accept Paypal at the moment. ThePinkPaper is an online store based in Singapore which uses USD (US Dollar) as the transacted currency for all orders.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days upon payment unless notified. It takes approximately 5-14 days to reach you (subjected to custom clearance).

Which address do you ship my orders to?

We ship your orders according to the address on big cartel invoice. If there isn't any on the big cartel invoice, we will ship it to your Paypal shipping address. Therefore kindly confirm your shipping address before you check out.

We are not responsible for any lost mail if the shipping address provided is incorrect or not updated. 

Is Duty and VAT (Taxes) included in the sales?

These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These duties and taxes are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery (depending on where you are located). We are not able to advise if your items are dutiable at destination country and also the exact duty incurred. 

I have placed an order/ pre-order. Can I ask for refund if my item has not been shipped yet?
